Our 1050c is plotting a double image as shown in the attached .pdf. It's almost like a shadow. What causes this and how do I fix it?

You need to lubricate the slide bar .dip your finger into some sewing machine oil and then apply it to the slide bar

Printer driver version
Firmware version on printer
What application are you printing from when this happens?
Application version
Does this happen when printing from other/ applications as well?
Does this happen when printing the test page ffrom the driver?
