My glass plate broke a very long time ago. you don't really need it. take a regular ceramic plate and turn it UPSIDE DOWN Then you can set anything on top of it to cook. Just a thought and Good Luck.

you need to find out who the closest authorised repair agent is and order one through them, or contact the brand name direct, but glass plates can get exspensive.hope this helps.
