i plug it in(with a reguar dc cord) and onl the pannel is let it BLUE but the TV itself will not come on.i have bought a new bulb and still the same issue.

Thats actually a RCA Chassis Do you have troubleshooting experience such as testing voltage supplies? If so let me know and I will assist you with t-shooting the Supply and Run circuits so you can determine if its a power issue from the AC IN board or a defective DM3 unit.Respond to this same post for assistance.
