If you are doing this at work/school the reason is probobly beacuse the Admin has blocked connection to the web page: 404 - page not found
you can get pased this by using Proxy webpages like
https://www.jbypass.info/
Be care full of this since you violate terms of agreement with your school and you might get a hard time explaining if you get cought. also its a security breach if you use a bad proxy.
