Try to remove partition on to disk management tools and make new partition then reformat the USB drive be careful not to delete the other drive.. or use a software that can manage drives like paragon or acronis partition manager .
Please check there will be write protected button on, just off it and then format

From Start Menu >> Run, type regedit and this will open the registry editor. Navigate to the path below :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies
If the registry key Storage DevicePolicies key does not exist, you will need to create it.
Download the batch file called add.bat from below link, and double click after download the key will be automatically added to registry.

Double click the key Write Protect in the right pane and set the value to 0 in the Value Data Box and press OK button. Exit Registry, restart your computer and then again re-connect your USB pen drive on your computer. That is it, done.d set the value to 0 in the Value Data Box and press OK button
