SOURCE: Error light is "Orange On"
I did return to the Dell Spare Parts section and connect to someone via their Chat service. Although (at 45 minutes) the chat process took about twice as long as I expected, in the end they did have the DT574, Print Head Device which I ordered at $116 plus tax and shipping. This was less than the $168 I found at two independent web sites. I am assuming they are sending me the correct item for the printer. If not, I will follow up on this posting to let everyone know.

On page 30 of the 1320c manual it says this signifies the coming end of the PHD (print head device). I cannot find a part number or reference to the PHD on the Dell web site pages connected with this printer
