Normally the default IP of the Belkin router series is 192.168.2.1 but to find out what is on your Belkin it would be easier to connect your computer to it via wired or wireless then.
Click start then run then type in CMD then hit ok
In the Command Window type in IPCONFIG
the IP address isthe IP of your computer
The gateway is the IP of your router.
By default the ip address should be set to 192.168.2.1
You can also get the defaul IP by doing IPCONFIG on the command prompt that's the deafult gateway..
