Using Scanrouter Professional on Windows XP SP2 or Vista

Scan Router Professional software will not operate on Windows Vista computers at this time.  It can install on Windows Server 2003.
There have been issues getting Scan Router software to work with Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or higher.  While you might be able to install the software but some features may not work.
The best solution for now to get around this is to install an ftp server on your computer or server.   servu.com has a free one that you can use.  
Desktop Binder software will work with Windows XP Service Pack 2 as well as Vista.  Make sure that Windows Firewall is turned off before using it.  If your behind a router with a firewall on it, you shouldn't have it enabled.
