CODE P0441..so is this a false code or...i replaced all spark plugs and now this code remains

Your converter may be smelling because of rich fuel vapors from the EVAP not venting properly. Have the vent problem checked and corrected before replacing cat converter. Have gas analysis ran to verify the health of the converter as it may be ok, and they can be costly to replace.

The P0441 code indicates that there is improper purge flow in the EVAP system. There are many things to check for this code.
