the fan is on all the time, I replaced the thermostat I dont thikt they put it in backwards, thermostat is used. Radioator have some paint at front not much, and it is not complete there is 1/3 of radiator, beffore that was not a problem, it is losing antifreeze but no one knows where.

when I start enginte in 5minutes it is overheating

oil is OK, there is no visible antifreeze leaks, engine is 1.6 B6 62KW.

What can be a problem, I mean engine is overheating after 5 minutes, standing in place.

Make sure cooling system is not air locked. Check your manual on how to refill cooling system. Do you have white smoke coming out of the exhaust when you first start it? You could have a stuck shut thermostat.

    What size motor?

Did you check your oil to see if it is a milky color?
Do you have any visible antifreeze leaks?

Is your fan coming on? Did you replace the thermostat? Is the radiator clean on the front? Are you losing antifreeze? If new thermostat, did they put it in backwards?

When you changed your head gasket did you get the head checked to make sure that there where no cracks in it or that it was not warped.

All i can think of is the thermostat is not opening. or you may have a clog somewhere preventing the flow. Check the T-stat and hoses and radiator ( for clogs) Good luck
